The employees were very sweet and engaged in great conversations Emily and Zarya were extremely helpful with helping me figure out exactly what gift too purchase

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the customer service. They were so kind and helpful. And kept the environment clean.

The salesperson were very polite and knowledgeable of purchase and very showed me that he cared and smile constantly.

Anna K was such an amazing stylist. I had no clue what to get my co-worker who’s leaving so I wanted to get her a gift but she is picky!! Anna recommended me so many options but I decided to go with earrings because they are cute and simple. She is so kind and adorable :)

Anna K was my stylist. I was looking for a charm for my mom and I wasn’t sure what to get her but I got her the elevated hearts set before so i got her the matching charm for her bracelet. She was so sweet and friendly and sooo patient. Especially in a pandemic she did a marvelous job taking care of me today :)

Anna K was EXCELLENT. I came into shop to get a promise ring for my girlfriend but I got 10 other things too. I got a rose gold heart ring with the matching necklace and earrings. Anna asked me about what my girlfriend likes and I said Harry Potter so I got all of the Harry Potter charms including the gryfinndor house one. Anna was so friendly and knowledgeable. She added me to her client list and I can’t wait to shop with her again ! :)
