Katherine was very helpful I have 3 daughters and she help me pick out the charms and asked questions about what they like and I was able to choose the charms also told me about the promotion I didn’t know about

I called at 10:30am to ask what time the opened. Sylvia informed me they open at 11 and if I would like to make an appt. I said yes, she asked what time, I said 11. I showed up at 5 min until 11 and they were already 10-13 people on line outside. Right at 11 they let people in, Sylvia came out right to me and asked if I was Shane and here for 11 appt. I was impressed she knew it was me, but she usually helps me - luck if the draw I guess. Sylvia is so awesome, I already knew what I wanted to see and get and they had all but one I wanted. The Purple Heart. You can’t even buy it online. Anyway, Sylvia is awesome and I will always make an appt with Sylvia from now on. Thank you
