Her personality was super amazing and just had an amazing time with her. She smiled throughout the whole time and showed me such amazing options. She was super sweet and very patient with me. Dezray is very pleasant. She greeted me entering the store and provided the help I need within seconds. I thought one of my brackets had no hope but she made my bracelet that looked like mug come back alive. She even noticed that one of my other bracelets was broken. I kept it broken because I didn’t know it could of been fixed. She inform me that customers have a 1 year warranty of purchase so I can switch out the broken one and get a new one if I’m within the time frame. I didn’t know this. I was within the time frame and Thanks to Dezray I don’t have a broken bracelet anymore. She provided too notch customer service.
