I received a few charms as gifts that I wanted to exchange. I was able to do the exchanges in one transaction. Emily, sales clerk, was really helpful in me finding the charms that I wanted. The one charm that wasn't available, she was willing to call another store and find out if they had it. I'd definitely recommend her to a friend when shopping at that store.
