The line was long; however, the sales associate made movement smooth. I was assisted at a pop-up counter outside of the main store, it was convenient; however, I like the excitement of shopping inside the store. The sales associate who assisted me was friendly and patient; as I was not sure what I wanted. One item was brought out to me and I was not satisfied with it and she made it her business to find one to my satisfaction. Overall, my experience was very good. I love Pandora and as usual was not disappointed with the service I received.
