Sales Associate Ms.Silvia came out & greeted me before the store was even open.Ms.Silvia was informing me about the sale that is going on.When the store opened Ms.Silvia immediately invited me in & took care of me right away.Ms.Silvia really knows the merchandise & every time I asked her about a product she knew exactly where it was.Ms.Silvia provided exceptional customer service.She was engaging,personable,knowledgeable & so kind & patient.She told me about the sale & also the promotion about if I buy a certain amount no interest.Ms.Silvia also gave me a Pandora book.Ms.Silvia is just wonderful..She wore gloves & a mask & there was hand sanitizer available for customers & associates.Ms.Silvia wrapped each of my items so neatly..
