Sales Associate Silvia was very knowledgeable of the collections, immediately searching for bracelet charms I’d inquire if they had, for example, wedding, travel, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Europe… We engaged in interesting travel conversations and although I only came in to browse, I purchased 2 charms.
