Frederique B. was able to help answer multiple questions. My sister and I went into the store with the purpose of finding her a new bracelet, but we explored charm and ring options as well. Frederique was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product.

The charms are reasonably priced. The quality of bracelets are superb. There is a wide variety that covers a lot of different things.
