The associate was awesome

Freddie was knowledgeable helping me pick out a bracelet for my cousin’s birthday. She let me try things on and let me know which charms could fit with specific bracelets. She was very patient when I called my mom to discuss what I was choosing for size.

They had all items I wanted in stock.

First the customer service I received when I entered the store. Even greeted professionally and kind while waiting in line. Secondly, I love the wide selections. My bracelets are finally coming together with the beautiful charms. Along with the promotional free bracelet.
