WHEN I ENTER THE STORE THE SALES PER SON WAS READY AND ABLE TO HELP ME. SHE WAS ATTENTIVE TO WHAT I NEEDED. SHE GAVE EXECELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO US. WHEN GIVING OUR RECEIPT TO US SHE EXPLAIN OUR BILL TO US AND WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASTIC.

Very nice young ladies. Always greet with a smile! Very good product knowledge. The place is always clean and spotless! And I always leave their store highly satisfied!!

They are always helpful and great customer service, and that means a lot and Yvonne was very very helpful and she had Patients that’s awesome and she is a sweetheart.

The sales associate, Jessie Martinez, was very knowledgeable of the products. She was very professional and was able to suggest charms that I could buy. She also offered to build a bracelet with charms for my best friend. I will return to buy from her again.

I was highly satisfied with the time it took in regards to having to wait forever in line bcuz of the virus. Customer service was great. Exchange was fast

The sales associate was very nice and patient with me. I literally was confused between purchasing a bracelet, cleaning supply or a charm. She was so patient showing me all the charms and bracelets. Eventually i walked out with the Family Tree bracelet and do not regret it.

Everyone was smiling and say hi , like use to be never changed. This is the first time I go since COVID 19 .

The rep was very attentive. She was able to give suggestions when I was undecided. I did not feel rushed at all and the suggestion she gave I loved them.
