When I was waiting outside Pandora to be assisted the manager came & said good morning to me & said that someone will be with me shortly & she also told me about the promotion going on.The wait time was minimal.Ms.Silvia assisted me & she was very friendly & professional & knowledgeable.I did a exchange which took no time.Ms.Silvia also told me about the promotion about the bracelet & also about the no interest promotion.It was a really great experience to interact with such a friendly staff.Everyone was wearing masks & gloves!Ms.Silvia also gave me a Pandora book for future purchases.Ms.Silvia made sure that I saw her put my purchase in the box & in the bag.Great Job Ms.Silvia!!

The Sales Assoc Yvonne T. was super courtesous, helpful and knowledgeable. She was willing to assist with my exchange and purchase. She made me feel like I was a valuable shopper and I dont get this at the store in Boca Raton that is consider the "store" by my address.
