As soon as I walk in the door I was called to a service counter right away by a young lady name Tiffany Crooms who greeted me with a smile , and listen to my reason for being there whatcha was to just get my bracelet clean.. after explain to me that. they the person who do that was done for the day she preceded to asset me in other purchases. I was very undecided about if I was going to buy anything at this time , but Tiffany took the time to show me some new items I tell you she went over and beyond her sales position then she ask me about a credit card no one has ever as even told me about pandora had a credit card ... I got approved and continued to shop spending over $500 all being pickie but Tiffany remain very perfessional all while smiling and very polite this was my best experience I’m going back and a friend is going with me and I will be asking for Tiffany Crooms because she was 100% customer friendly. I enjoy my new pandora bracelet still have to get the other clean , and I’m going to add more charms to it as well that’s how great the service was ... I look forward to visiting that store again....thank you Ms. Tiffany Crooms and her manger ( I cant remember her name )

I went to the store to get a gift for my wife’s birthday and the staff was very helpful especially Nicolas, he was very helpful and a true professional.
