As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted by an employee. Yvonne was extremely helpful, showing us each item and giving recommendations along the way. She made us laugh and feel comfortable in the store. Her warm presence made us feel great.

I have always been happy with my Pandora merchandise. Today I exchanged a ring for my daughter and in addition added a beautiful charm to my collection. The staff was amazing as always, the assistant manager Myisha was great at assisting us with the exchange. Making sure we were 100% satisfied. Service like this is hard to find, even at your favorite stores these days.

Stylist Nicolas located inside the Pembroke Pines location. Nicolas is Always patience. He knows what I like, and knows how to put my charm bracelet together. He’s a overall Great salesman. I’m at this location at least twice or three ti,es a week. I give Nicolas a 100% in customer service. He makes me feel welcomed. I love spending my money and time there with him.

Friendly staff they gave me a good deal had good knowledge of the product that I was purchasing good value and the box and the bag they put my bracket it was a plus for me also 👍🏽😀
