Waiting time was not that bad and the selection of charms was pretty good. The representative was kind and professional and offered me other options as well as a chance to apply for a credit card.

Pandora representative was helpful. The representative was also knowledgeable with the selection available. I was also give advice on how to obtain the charms that were not available at the time.
