The sales associate Elias R. was very nice and patient with my friend and I. He advised us of what looked nice with the many charms we already have. The store was clean and atmosphere pleasant.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because Elias (193528) made it a memorable one. He is so knowledgeable of the items in the store. My BFF and I truly enjoyed working with him.

I came in and the nice associate Elias knew exactly what to show and bring me. Very educated in the products that you guys are selling. I will be back to see him very soon.

The store was very clean and lit. The supervisor Nair, was pleasant and helped us find what we were looking for...and more. She was great.

When I walked into the store, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I looked at some charms and bracelets and was interested in charm and asked to look at it then ended up buying it because I thought it was gorgeous. Shortly after, I got my bracelet and rings cleaned and they came back like new!!!!!! I loved it so much this was the first time I had gotten my products cleaned and they came back beautiful.
