Very fast and courteous customer service !! The sales associate was very friendly and encouraging his name I believe was Elias !! Super helpful!!

Dougleinys F was the sales attendant that assisted me with my merchandise and she was very patient and kind. Overall with watching everyone in the store, all of the customers seems to be happy and well attended to (this day was very business).

The sale person was really nice to me. She convinced me to get a credit card. With her positive attitide I did it and got the credit.

The customer service given by Sasha was warm, courteous and knowledgeable. She did not rush me eventhough there was a line and it was 8pm.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this store because the sales persons are both friendly and knowledgable. . In addition, my sales person Sasha S 183058 was very patient, helping me narrow down the choices and to make my final selections. I never felt rushed or that she was frustrated with my indecisiveness. The selection was good and there were so many items to choose from. I needed help narrowing down the choices and she did a good job with that.

It's still kind of like the holiday season so there was a line, meaning a wait. However, once you entered the store the sales associates did not make you feel rushed because others were waiting to get in. Whatever your concern or question it was patiently addressed. I also took my bracelet in to be cleaned. It was explained to me that the wait would be about 2 hours and I would have to join the line again to pick up before the end of the day. I made my purchase and one of the managers told me when I came to pick up just come to the front of the line and present my license. If course I was truly grateful. But then she took it a step further. She asked to kindly wait and instead of having me return, she cleaned bracelet and added the newly purchased charms and chain. I wish I had gotten her name.

The wait time was truly worth the wait. My first time Pandora experience was great. The sales associate was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. I have returned to Pandora three addition times and one online during the Winter Sales Event. Pandora will see me every holiday for a special charm or two. :)
