No wait in line, the sale person I wanted to see wasnt in, sale professional Silvia Clark, I'm not should if it was her day off, she didnt know I was coming. but someone else help me, I really want to deal with Ms. Clark but the person that help me was fine as well.

I am very grateful for the help I got from the stylist he was very passionate about what he was doing and he showed knowledge.

I received a bracelet as a Christmas gift (Very Surprised) and wanted to exchange for a larger size. I had planned to make a purchase to add to my bracelet at a later date, but Elias #193528, Sales Associate, was friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys working at Pandora. Based on his suggestion, I made a purchase that day.

The sales person, Sasha, was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me coordinate items that would coordinate well together. She was was extremely patient and allowed me time to make my decision.

Because it was my first time getting a charm for my bracelet and I got to find what I wanted and more than I expected.
