Sasha was an excellent stylist. I came in with a warranty exchange on my silver slider Pandora bracelet. She was so knowledgeable and professional. I left with a necklace and charm. She made this visit amazing! The site supervisor and all other stylists were also very helpful and this is the BEST Pandora store in Florida. I will be back I December for my second necklace

I went in to exchange the Shimmering Wish bracelet that i bought in May. When i went to put it on I noticed that a stone was missing. I went in to the store not knowing what to expect. The lady that helped me was so nice and assured me I could exchange it, that it is covered for a year. I walked out with a new bracelet and a new pair of hoops. She also told me to keep it in a plastic bag because of the humidity in Florida.I had no idea.
