All of the associates on both of my visits were pleasant and demonstrated great customer care/service. All of the associates that assisted me with my purchase were patient and knowledgeable as well

Myesha was very friendly professional and very knowledgeable about all the selection of merchandise, she went out of her way to not only make sure that me bracelet was thoroughly clean she also went a step further by actually cleaning it by hand with the polishing cloth, I have never received excellent customer service like this at any Pandora store and I have been to many. Myesha has made me a fan of the Pembroke Lakes Mall location I will not be going to any other location from now on, Myesha rocks and is a great asset to the Pandora brand!
