The Sales association was very nice and understanding of what I was looking for. She showed me other options. She helped me pick out EXACTLY what I wanted.

The sales associate that assisted my Mom and me to find every single piece that would make our first bracelets was Amazing! It was mind blowing the knowledge she has about pretty much every single piece of jewelry in the store. She helped us to look through out the store and catalog to find pieces that would match and help us to actually compose and design our bracelets plus the whole set (bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces). We where also assisted by the manager, who was super nice and helpful as well!

Not only were the items easily accessible and of course a wonderful selection ... the sales stay especially Yvonne, will mean that I return to this particular location time and time again. Initially I went in to have a bracelet cleaned for my Mom, and wound up purchasign 4 new items while I waited. Yvonne is very knowledgeable, kind and patient as I browsed and shopped with 3 senior ladies who liked everything. Lol. It was her understanding nature that also made it easy to make these purchases, the treated my ladies like gold. Now that I have a person of contact, I will be contacting her to set up a time to shop before the holiday rush truly kicks in.
