Last week, I experienced some difficulty while making my purchase. On Friday, the mangers who assisted with resolving my concerns were very hands-on with me. They were patient and friendly. All matters were addressed and I was asked several times if there was anymore they can do. I was told I was a valuable customer and invited back when the renovated store reopens. Yvonne, as usual, made my purchase seamless and offered suggestions for future purchases. Managers Lucia, Marymar, and Nair were extremely accommodating and professional. I actually enjoyed conversing with them and never felt rushed. My experience was totally awesome. I am completely satisfied with the staff and will recommend this store to my colleagues who are also Pandora jewelry lovers.

I took several pieces of Pandora jewelry (bracelets, charms, necklaces) in to be cleaned. I am highly satisfied with the care and meticulous manner in which my jewelry was handled and cleaned. Upon my return to the store, all pieces were sparkling bright, just like brand new. The manager introduced herself and explained how she had to take extra time with some pieces because of the tiny details and grooves inside some of the charms. The manger and sales associate provided tips as to how I can care for my jewelry as well. I also purchased another essence bracelet. The sales associate arranged my rose gold charms on to it and gave suggestions on how to better enhance the bracelet. I didn't initially take her advise, but later regretted not doing so once I returned home and had time to think about it. The service I received was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating and resolved concerns I had about a week before. I am extremely pleased.
