I went to buy my first Pandora bracelet with my boyfriend and Mrs. Sylvia C greeted us with a friendly warm smile. We set up an appointment with Mrs. Sylvia and we are definitely looking forward recommending for her sharp skills and professionalism for our future purchases.

I didn’t have to wait long to be helped

I initially started shopping online and wasnt sure of the size or how it would look on me so I called Pandora in the Pembroke Lakes Mall Store #0484 and spoke with Kimberly who was So Nice, Courteous and Patient with me answering all my questions and holding all 3 items and placing on hold for me till I got of work she told me she would be off by the time I arrived. When I got there they assisted me immediately and all worked out PERFECTYLY.

Very friendly polite tend to my needs the employees were very informative and knowledgeable of their products. Evelyn was amazing she went above and beyond.

My husband wanted to buy me an anklet. The sales associate was open minded to suggest ideas even though the Pandora custom bracelets are not typically used as anklets. My husband has a hard time buying jeweler but had this idea that she made happen and made him feel comfortable with the purchase.

Milly was awesome!!! She was a great help:). I've purchase several bracelets and charms at this location. She was the only one who explained to me to where to place the clips. She even yet above and beyond to take my mom's bracelet apart and place the charms accordingly. She even helped me purchase two beautiful clips to place on the them. She even took the time to fix mine!! I will be going back tomorrow to purchase charms from here.

Even though all the associates were busy and nobody welcomed me. Probably because I wasnt dressed up. Big mistake sometimes sellers make. This lady when i went to ask her a question she was really nice and polite and was able to help me find what i was looking. And even gave me a recomendation and ended up buying three charms for my GF. Dont remember her name but she was really nice.
