Each visit to the Pandora store has always been a very pleasant experience. The sales associates are always polite and eager to assist. I always get quality sevice and always leave satisfied with my purchase.

Silvia C No. 119633 Was helpful and patient even though we could not find the bracelet I was wearing on display. After calling a different store (the original store that had it on display in the glass showcase) and being left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, I hung up and continued to look for the bracelet and Silvia finally found it.
