Pandora Jewelry

I had broken the clasp on my long Pandora necklace and I stopped by the Pembroke Lakes location to see if I could purchase a new clasp or if they could fix it right away as I was travelling. The necklace was purchased in Bermuda and I did not have a receipt with me. Britney and Antxvan were the most accommodating sales people I have ever met! The exchanged my necklace for a new one immediately and I was more than satisfied - so much so I have told everyone I can since then how impressed I am with Pandora and the two sales associates that looked after me. What a great experience - you have two gems at Penbrooke Lakes location.
