The return policy when an item was defective and sold to me from the demo tray and not a brand new piece that clasped properly has put a bad taste in my mouth. Add to that the nature of the process for customer satisfaction being that you put customers through such a rigorous process is unacceptable. If you thrive on collectors like myself and I am aware of the Rewards/Priority Credit Card, which up until now I have been unaware of leaves a lot to be desired. To call Customer Service/Consumer Affairs and wait over 20 mins. each time, especially when you have to call back due to dropped calls means that your system needs to be fixed. You need a very high functioning and responsive system that satisfies your customers after their purchase. When we go home with our collection of charms and look at them we should be wearing them with pride of a company that treats their customers with better respect. Your sales associates are the lifeblood of your company. I see them not you! They are highly skilled and trained; they aren’t treated with the proper respect and confidence to handle customers since we are sent to call customer service where there is no service! Too much red tape!

My sales associate was Alyssa and she was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I don't shop in Pandora often and all of the options can feel overwhelming at times (but in a good way). Alyssa walked me through everything and even showed me some of her own suggestions based on items I had asked to see.

First time visiting pandora. Nice place. Representatives are very nice and helpful. Yvonne was very nice and very helpful. I came from out of town and really help me Get was I was looking for. So thanks.

I went to get charms, and sales rep showed me some bracelets , I was rushing so I really wanted to be in and out, the sales rep was showing me different bracelets and charms , I ended up getting the charm and bracelet, also, I really didn’t know what type of charm I was looking for since is a gift for a friend , and chris the sales rep showed me a charm with royal blue rock for the month of September and I loved it ! So that was my satisfied purchased at pandora today.

I always enjoy coming into Pandora. My intention was to just get two birthday gifts, however, could not leave without getting something for myself. It never fails there is always something new to look at!
