It was my first time purchasing items from Pandora; the sales associates took her time with me and allowed me to try on several items so I could make the best selections for myself.

The sales associate by the name of Silvia was very helpful. I came there to get my best friend a charm and ended up with a bracelet and a few charms. Silvia put the pieces together so nicely. I got 2 clips, 3 charms, and a bracelet. They were all rose gold. I only picked out the bracelet and 2 charms on my own. The other 3 item Silvia picked and put together with the other items I chose. It was my first time coming to a Pandora store and I'm glad she was there to make my experience a wonderful experience. Plus I deserve it and decided to treat myself. I always said to myself that other people Pandora bracelets were pretty but I can now say the same for my gorgeous looking Pandora bracelet. I will be adding more charms and most likely will get a new bracelet and charms in the future.

The stylist Sylvia was very helpful and friendly. She didn’t rush me and took time to teach me how to vary styles with the necklace that I bought. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and did ask me about my preferences. Based on that, she offered me items to choose from. I’ve always had outstanding service at this Pandora branch, but Sylvia is the best stylist so far.
