Amanda was amazing. She really took her time with me and was very helpful. Every time I looked lost she gave me suggestions. She took my bracelet apart, rearranged my charms with the new ones to make she I liked it and I loved It! Truly a complete turn around from the last time I shopped at this location.

I was able to get in get the soecial item I wanted easily. There was a brief wait but overall good experience. Associates are very accommodating.

In Pembroke lakes mall the worker by the name of Alexis is wonderful and I’ve never had a better experience than when I was helped by her!!!
