The associate i was working with was very nice and really knew about the products. I was debating about getting either a bangle or a charm bracelet for my grandmother and she suggested the bracelet simply because my grandmother could receive more charms with that one. And she let me know about the safety chain i could also purchase which really let me know to go with that choose. She also was super nice and had a very neicey and opening look. Like i felt comfortable with talking to her cause her appearance and friendly smile let me... I wish i could remember her name i would of added it in here as well.
