The sales associate was very friendly, knowledgable and patient. Merchandise are very classy and beautiful. I am a pandora lover

The staff was very welcoming. My sales representative Massielle, was very polite she knew exactly what I wanted after I explained what I was about, I will definitely return to the store.

As soon as I walked in, I was assisted and purchase was quick.

I was satisfied because i was able to purchase what i wanted, it was alao available. Also my representative was great i had to leave to get more cash and she remember clearly what i wanted without asking me ...

The sales associate was nice and helpful but when I reach my vehicle I realized a receipt was never given to me. So I had walk back into the mall and request the receipt.

I came in for early Christmas shopping because I wanted to get the free bracelet. I spent $230 and wanted the mesh bracelet, just to find out it wasn’t part of the promotion. Very disappointed because no where did it mention that it wasn’t.

There were a couple of things that I feel could have been handled more efficiently.

This was the only store that had what I wanted. Traveled a distance to get there before closing. Arrived in time but felt like I was interrupting the associates time in the back! Got what I wanted w no great customer service or asked if I wanted to see anything else! Rushed! This store was to close at 600, however when I walked out of the store I heard the door being locked and they had lights off and closed by time I left my parking place! My transaction was at 526?? Guess they closed when they want? Would have been really upset if I would of gotten there and they closed before listed time! Just not the greatest experience that I'm used to receiving!
