The line in the store can be very time-consuming.

The ring I wanted this store didn't have my size in stock. So I ended up selecting another ring. I liked the new ring but it wasn't my first choice.

The wait in line is extremely long. Each customer takes forever being helped. They make you sign papers 3 different times just to get jewelry cleaned!

I was completely satisfied with the service. I had 2 beautiful women assisting me. And both were very knowledgeable about how to assist me .

I'm always satisfied going to Pembroke pines pandora because of the treatment I receive when I go here. Very nice staff.

Store is to small

The associate gave me the wrong size of bracelet when I specifically requested the largest one I had to go back the next day and get in line for over an hour to exchange.

The associate didn’t know how to give me a gift receipt and said that there is no gift receipt for online purchases. I asked the help of the manager.

i mean it’s obviously expensive but that’s it maybe add some more promos but there was nothing wrong with the the employees they’re very nice
