Got waited on right away

It was nice and because there was signs that said 50% off i went in. But it was my fault because I didn't read it all the way. I would have ask to see what was on sale instead of purchasing what I did. Don't get me wrong I loved what I purchased but it would have been nice to know what was on sale if your salesperson had showed me too. But he never offered. Next time I'll read everything before I purchase.

Customer Service was great.

Because of covid we had to wait outside in line and wait till an available employee could wait on us. That’s not your fault but it was a bit lengthy.

Well first and foremost, I purchased a pit of earrings for my sister. When she opened them, one of the earrings were bent. Secondly, I asked if they were still giving the ten percent discount to health care workers and I was told no, and had not received a discount. My problem is, the pandora store on Miami Beach gives a discount, and they also state on the website that there’s a ten percent discount. That’s a problem for me
