The sales rep

My charms were not placed in the order I asked.

It take awhile to get in the store and I was only person in line.

I brought a bracelet that I received as a gift that broke and was not able to return because it was out of warranty.

Email confirmation said I could do curbside pickup if the store offered it and to check the store details. The store offers it but there is no way to pick that option. Once at curbside I called and was told I needed to come inside.

The store seemed a little crowded given the pandemic and there were not enough associates to assist.

I already knew what item I wanted to purchase prior to visiting the store. There was no effort needed on the part of the salesperson.

I was over all satisfied with my Experience I'm just not a person to find things highly satisfying!

I wasn’t highly satisfied because, I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. The associates were helpful and friendly, but they could have offered any special that was going on.
