Had to wait outside of store waiting for assistance. However, the sales people inside never noticed me outside waiting, while respecting their distancing. I had to get their attention.

The sales person was very rushed and inattentive. Did not offer good assistance. The manager resolved the issue at the end, she was VERY polite, professional and pleasant.

Due to the COVID-19 social distancing employee makes you feel kind of uncomfortable not wanting to be close to assist you and rushing you through the process. The employee was very secure from gloves to masks.

My main payment option wasn't accepted so I want able to purchase what I needed

I’ve purchased several merchandise from Pandora that has been changing colors and the quality is not that great because the merchandise cost too much for us to have to keep having problems. I would like for Pandora to make it better quality merchandise. The price of the merchandise are to much for it not to last longer. They tarnishing and changing color so Pandora need to step up merchandise to make the quality better

Based on my experience, the Pandora experience was satisfying.

covid 19 should not affect the benefits of being a card holder and not have the preferred line for card holders this supposed to be a benefit of having a card

There were no catalogs available for me to take with me. I was not able to see certain displays because customers were all over the the case. The charms I wanted were sold out.

No accommodations for disabled elderly (senior) customers while standing in long lines. We were there at 11am as store opened and served 1 hr and 20 minutes later. Insufficient staff and store has very little capacity in Pembroke Mall.
