I have a problem standing

I was not satisfied with the bracelet I purchased. I am planning on to return it so I can get another one that looks more shiny. Thank you for your wonderful service. Blessings

I was highly satisfied with the service, the experience and the employees! They were awesome in attending to my needs for suggestions of a beautiful birthday gift for my daughter. They were extremely patient and helpful. Due to COVID, I understand that I couldn’t just paroose around the store, so the employee was extremely open to showing me various pieces without hesitation. All the employees were very helpful.

Im doing these questions based on my visit on 9/192020. The 1st associated I encountered to help me had an attitude that I DOD NOT want to deal with so immediately as soon as my fav sales person was done(Tiffany) helping other customers I ran to her. Thank God I felt!!

I had never been to a Pandora store before and wanted to look around but due to COVID, i would have to look in the catalog. Also, the product I wanted, was pulled & purchased from the display case, not new from the back. She did show that both earrings closed though which was a plus.

There is always room for improvement.
