I think the prices for the product is relatively high considering it is sterling silver. It just seems overpriced. Service was great the associate was knowledgeable and patient.

the sales Associate was amazing. every time I go I try to get her. so let me explain something I've been in that store a lot and I know majority of the sales associates and managers. so I normally don't ask for a discount so my birthday I went in and I joined the membership thing and it offered me 10 %off so I said oh it would be perfect. come to find out its only online, so I work retail I know you can accommodate your customers that prefer to get stuff in person. so obviously my business to that Supervisior doesn't matter.

The staff was great.

I was expecting more of a sale at the store, since online there was a lot more of a sale going on, but otherwise I liked the attention and service.

My exchange experience wasn’t what I expected. The associate had to ask for help and both her and the assistant store manager were complicating the situation

Because no one greeted me when I was standing in line not even a hi we’ll be with you in a second or anything until associate with a customer turn around she spotted me and told the two ladies who wasn’t dealing with nobody the whole time I was standing in line who look at me about 3 times but never said anything until associate said something to them one finally said Someone will be with you in second

I was highly satisfied
