There was a 50% sale at the time but the associate did not state that the sale was on preselected items so I was under the impression that the entire merchandise was on sale. Did not notice that I did not receive the discount until after I made the purchase and left the store then I realise none of the items I purchased was on sale. Very disappointed because the associate could have directed me to the sale items.

for the most part my experience during this visit was great! the sales rep was wonderful and very patient. i wasn't pleased with the selection of charms at this location, it was very limited.

Not this visit but the one before.on 6/13/20 I waited more than 45 minutes in line only to be told I couldn’t have my bracelet cleaned and if she (manager on duty at the time)did it was not going to be done probably. I think this was unprofessional and a disgrace to customer service ethics. Management needs to know how to address issues more efficiently. also need to open the charms up when cleaning them in order to give a better shine on the merchandise. Thank you

Customer service by far has always been pleasant every visit . Unfortunately software and hardware use to take payments need to be updated my card had to be charged twice for me to make my purchase due to the tablet for payment freezing and I have yet to receive my refund for the supposedly voided transaction. This situation is a major inconvenience and has me a little irritated.

It's always a wait outside to be helped, but there's Associates in the Store not assisting anyone. I've been 3x this week, same issue. Only once did an Associate offer a book to start browsing while waiting. Abigail was great! Knowledgeable and friendly.. 2nd time being assisted by her.
