Prices are high

I went to exchange a braclet I got for Christmas for a smaller size since it was to big but they didn’t have it and I had to get another braclet

I have a few broken items and was given s 1-800 number to call due to the rings no longer avail was told I have to call in order to replace the broken pieces

I am very satisfied with pandora but it's just the prices, I understand the fact that's it's jewelry and I get the prices but for some are too much. For example, the charms and necklace too. Overall I'm satisfied but that's my only concern.

Overall, my experience with Yvonne was good. However, there appeared to be a problem with the system when checking out and what should have taken a couple of minutes took almost ten.

The store was very busy and congested .

For me personally I don’t like waiting in line for a decent amount of time. I feel they don’t always have what I am looking for and they try to get me to purchase things I have no interest in.

I got a charm and it fell off and got lost. I only had it for a few months. The reflection charms and bracelets are very poor quality. Very unhappy with them.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience, I felt like it was really good & I was helped by a worker very well. I appreciate it!
