I spent well over an hour attempting to make a purchase to go directly to my Pandora Preferred Account. However, there was a problem trying to combine the sale items with the clearance items. After my very attentive sales associate consulted with the store managers, they were finally able to resolve the issue. I am pleased with outcome, however, was exhausted after waiting on a resolution.

The wait time to see an associate. Due to customer volume there were not enough associates to cater to the amount of customers at the time, and there is no system of "who is next". Associates are left to eyeball the next customer in waiting for assistance.

My visit consisted of me having my bracelet and charms cleaned because in error i used a harsh chemical which cause the bracelet and charms to turn dark. i was sl pleased that there is no charge for cleaning and that they were able to clean it for me. the assistant also helped me with a purchase.

The wait to get assistance was long. In addition when I asked if the sales associate could show me the entire tray she told me it wasn't allowed. I wasn't happy about this as then I couldn't really decide on what I wanted as I had to ask to see specific pieces and I didn't remember them all.

It was not a bad experience but as a first time buyer I think some kind of promo or offer should have been offered to me to make me wanna come back.
