There were sales people at the store and only one customer when I walked in yet they all looked at me and kept talking like I wasn’t even there. After at least 5 minutes of them discussing their personal lives, one of them approached me. I did not feel like purchasing anything at that point but it was a birthday present so that’s the only reason I stayed.

Not sure of which location we are referring to, purchased an item in the Bahamas everything was highly satisfied return to Miami to buy an item as well had a little bit of a problem but can appreciate the responsibility of looking out for my identification due to my identification being maiden name & married name but all in all I love the items that I purchased looking forward to another visit

Customer service was great. The nice lady who was helping me,was very polite and was very helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. A bracelet and charms for my girl...for Valentines day.SHE LOVED IT!

My associated was very attentive and had good ideas. However, in packing the merchandise, it was packed inside little tissue papers and placed inside a box. I was told the store was out of the little jewelry boxes usually used to pack the charms. I was buying charms for gifts and really didn't want to present the people with gifts wrapped up in tissue paper and a box. I prefer the tiny jewelry box.

I truly believe that Pandora should be more prepared during the Holiday Season. The wait was at least 45 minutes before I was helped.
