I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I couldn't find many things that I liked or that fit my style. Also on my pick-up day, the Sales Associate seemed a bit irritated while assisting me but she made very good recommendations as substitutes for what I wanted. In the end, I was satisfied with my purchase, but not highly satisfied.

There were several people in the store for the event and it seemed as though certain customers were getting preferred fragment over others. Regardless of how long you were waiting in the store. No one even greeted us. We had to ask for help multiple times before an associate finally came over with an attitude and quickly gathered the items I was looking at and hurried us to pay and leave. I would be enjoyed looking at some other items to purchase but she was in a hurry to get us out. Not impressed with the service here.

My first time shopping with Pandora. It was ok.... nothing to thrilling. Didn’t think I had to go thru a book then ask to see each item that I may have liked.. just thought I wasted a lot of my time. I’m not that picky but it would have been faster if I was looking at actual items first.

sales rep stated that there are no charms in the catalog that the store doesn't have, unless the item is discontinued. That is not true once given the most recent catalog I found new items.
