nice store but didnt see anything to make me give you a better overall rating

It was very crowded in the store. Also, it took a little longer than I liked to get the attention of an associate. The biggest reason, however, that I didn't rate my experience as Highly Satisfied was that it was hot in the store.

The sales associates did not acknowledge our presence for over 15 minutes of us walking around the store. We left the store and came back later to find an overcrowded store with not enough sales associates. When one finally spoke to us, she asked if we had put our names on a list, a list we were never told about. The customer service was not up to par with other jewelry stores.

The wait was a little bit over bearing, especially because I notice it was not a busy time.

I was a little disappointed that there was only 1 bracelet safety chain to choose from. I had hoped there would have been at least 2 available options.

The selection of the merchandise was discontinued. I had to select alternate selections.

When I entered the store, the staff did not greet and I stood at the counter for approximately 10 mins while various associates walked past me without saying a word. After one associate finished her transaction with another client, she attended to me. The others merely glanced at me without saying a word. Almost racist like.

The attention was very good. The workers were helpful and looked through the entire store to find a specific charm. I was very satisfied with that experience.

Fast and easy to get to and the employees are nice there
