The items that I wanted was to expensive. The store was crowded and you could not really see all the items because customers were blocking the glass. I did purchase items that I really love. I'm going to go back again to purchase something else.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable plus she couldn't find most charms. When I looked in the store pretty much all associates stood there including the manager looking like a deer in the headlights.

The store I visited is not reall wheelchair friendly.

The initial interaction was not one desired but after a couple minutes the sales associate corrected them self. Even the sales lead didn’t smile or make me feel welcomed the entire time spent there. There also were a few items not in stock or that they only had one of when I needed multiple but if these are corrected I would give a rating of Highly Satisfied.

I was not satisfied because there was no bags to store my Pandora bracelet. I am not from a country that has pandora and I bought my bracelet and a charm and I wanted to bag to keep it clean and there wasn’t any in store and I’m nt sure when I will travel again !

None of the products I was looking for were available, the merchandise was out of stock and I felt very disappointed with that, I rather go online and get things delivered.
