Love the products very pretty stuff.

I have this bracelet that's limited edition and its defective and I was not able to exchange or received a credit. I had to purchase a new bracelet.

Your bracelets are not secured it opens on its on and then when it’s lost I’m forced to by a new one. You all need to create an Insurance program or something your fat to expensive to receive crappy and defective claps

The sales person seemed as if she was rushing. And wasn't willing to add my coupon to the transaction. She told me I can use both coupons another time.

I waited about 45 minutes for someone to service us due to the line. I saw one associate spend approximately 30 minutes with the same customer.

I was my first time at Pandora and for me the service was satisfactory

The Associate told me the wrong size bracelet to be able to add more charms, therefore I have to return it.
