The wait line outside the store was too long. More staff is needed during the holidays. The time it took the representative to get one of the components for the Disney locket was excessively long. The process was inordinately long for this type of purchase because we knew what we wanted. Perhaps a process to order on-line and pick up at the store would reduce lines. If Pandora were not a collectible of my friends, I would not bother with the lines. It’s the primary reason I will not start a bracelet for myself, I don’t wait in line for anything because there are to many other options. Warning; don’t get to full of yourselves, because it will go the way of other fads.

My reason for not Highly Satisfied is the long line I had to wait for nearly an hour due to busy holiday shopping. It is my opinion and may be other shoppers that during holiday season like this more sales person should be available to facilitate the ease of your shoppers.

I was highly satisfied with the gentlemen at thd door (Toni). He was very helpful in helping me to make a decision. As someone new to Pandora that's important to me.The only issue was waiting in the long line. However, I guess it's was to be expected because of the holiday season.

the sales lady was very nice and showed us all the bracets.

I wanted to change something the next day, but I didn't recieve any ticket, so I was not able to change my charm.
