I did not have the salesperson full attention. She was having a personal conversation with another employee and I had to repeat myself several times

My Pandora bracelet lock piece had broken on my previous bracelet so I came to Pandora to buy a new one. SO i bought the new bracelet and heard it was a buy 2 get a third for free. So I bought a new bracelet a charm and got a free charm. So as we were moving the old charms to the new bracelet one of the charms got stuck and we were told the people to file the bracelet down weren't there so the only way to get the charm off was o break the bracelet or go to a jeweler. I wouldn't be able to wait because I was given this as a gift and was going to return back to school the next day. So everything had to been done at the moment. I don't think you should tell a customer in order to get the charm off you should brake the bracelet. It doesn't matter if the bracelet wasn't good no more, you still shouldn't tell a customer that.

Since it is the holiday season, there were just too many people everywhere. There was no where to move.

The person helping me gave us the impression that she did not want to sell. Continued to reply to my questions by saying she can not speak on this, that I would have to speak to a supervisor. I was asking general questions that she could've answered. It was my first time selecting a bracelet and charms for myself, and it wasn't a pleasant experience, I would have preferred someone who was excited as I was about my new charm journey.

I love going to the Pembroke lakes mall pandora. Yvonne Torres is an amazing help.

Holly, the sales associate that helped me was super sweet, she had patience, also she helped me choose between what I was looking for, I can say that she has very good taste, excellent service, I was super happy with my purchase, I totally recommend this store.

Estoy muy satisfecha con la persona q me atendio una persona muy amable y profesional pero estoy muy disgustada con el cambio de polisa de garantia de por vida de las prendas ya q era una de los insentivos mas grandes para comprar sus productos.

The salesperson was Massielle G and she apparently said was too tired to get a charm and show it to me and asked another worker to get it for her. She had a long day and was TOO lazy but either way I still purchased what I needed but didn’t want to keep looking at charms cause maybe she would be too tired to work with me but I’ll return another day and maybe get a more happy and nice salesperson but over all I was satisfied with my visit to Pandora
