There were 3 employees in the store at the time of my visit. Two employee was helping a customer. As we browsed the selections in the cases we walked past the 3rd employee who stated "ma'am someone will be with you in a minute." She wasn't rude but she certainly wasn't friendly. When one of the two associates who were helping other customers finished he approached me and asked if I needed help. This associate Luis was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Everything was ok I was offered water and snacks only issue was I felt a bit rushed by the sales associate Evelyn because she had to attend another person that had appointment so I didn't end up looking at spacers that I wanted to buy but it's ok I'll go back again. Although I was nicely greeted by Alexis she is always soooo nice.

Salesperson presentation was not satisfactory-she just placed the items I requested to see on the countertop instead of the cloth binder making the items more presentable

She "Silvia" was very rushed and not friendly at all. On the other hand the one we spoke to when we placed the order and she set the items aside was very friendly. However she was not there on the day we picked it up. I am not sure I would return to this store.

I never do surveys, but I did a one after my $262 purchase and received a code for $10 off my next purchase. I went to the store and spent over $160 and when it came time to use the code it didn’t work. The associate did try multiple time and got one of his superiors involved with the transaction. However there was no solution. I was told it just doesn’t work and to call customer service for assistance. Oh yeah and if I’d like to try to get another $10 off to do a survey after this purchase. I’m only doing it to tell you his dissatisfied I was.
