Tried to exchange a necklace that keeps breaking I was told by the assistant store manager “ I am sorry we cannot exchange it for anything else you must take the same item, just keep returning it if it’s keeps braking. I was not happy she gave me the customer care telephone number, I called but no one returned my call. Very poor service.

I did not mind waiting in line outside since it’s protocol however once I was with a sales specialist, I felt rushed. I was not shown any of the available products. It was like I was at my local coffee shop getting the usual.

I was looking at items with a associate, and turn to another case for 2 seconds and another associate and the manager asked me to go to another counter, because another person came up to talk to them. I observed the conversation and it was all personal and the customer never made a transaction just gossip. I felt I should have never been asked to move, because I was looking at the products. I will not return to this location, because that's not the first time I experienced something similar to that.

Went In inquire about exchanging bracelet for A larger size; it was one of your standard bracelets (still carried in your assortment) and in its original box because it had never been worn. The Assistant Manager was a rude and condescending. I bought other items while there and the associate was helpful but I opted to contact corporate customer service regarding the exchange based on Assotant Manager’s behavior Corporate was super helpful and friendly. Associate in store was also apologetic and, as stated before, helpful.

I felt bothered because the store was empty and we were told to step outside after we were in the store for over 30 minutes. I understand what we going through right now, but the store was empty!! I spend over $400 to get treated like that. And have to be outside looking for what i was going to buy.

Well I’m not happy because the person who really helped me was training and she was good but the receipt has the person the person name who was training her and she doesn’t deserve to get this servey if she didn’t work for it right

The sales associate was standoffish. I navigated through it as best I could without creating more of an issue or addressing it more, but she was very bland.
