There was a 45 minute wait to enter the store. My sales person was friendly but did not take the initiative to suggest solutions to the problem I was trying to solve, which lead me to spend even more time trying to find my own solution. It is very confusing trying to understand which charms/safety chains correspond with which bracelet, and an item that was showing in stock could not be located in the store, nor could we find it online. I found a somewhat satisfactory solution to my problem and was able to make a purchase but left very frustrated and confused with the overall experience.

The line was very long to wait to get inside which I did not have an issue with, but every time someone left the store, the associate helping them would go in the back through the door leaving less and less associates there to help all us waiting outside. There was an employee sitting at the desk twirling her hair the whole time and not helping anyone or saying anything to us waiting outside. The lady that helped us was very nice, but some of the other ladies were not at all friendly.

I felt that the sales representative could take it or leave the sale. The person she was training on that day exhibited more of a enthusiastic disposition than the actual trainer. She walked away a few times without explanation.

The wait time was too long. I end up waiting 30-40 minutes.

The sales associate was lazy and didn’t want to look for the size bracelet I needed. Instead sold me a bracelet that’s too big. I was absolutely! not satisfied.

sales rep lacks knowledge needed assistance on several items ...hold policy of store, sales dates, did not provide a level of comfort, and took longer to complete transaction
