There where plenty of associates there that could've been helping customers but weren't. Had to wait 20 mins for help. One customer even complained and walked out.

The reason I was not satisfied with my pandora experience is due to the lack of consideration towards the customers. When explaining the current promotion the sales associated failed to mention that after May 2nd the promotion is no longer exclusive to card holders until after the purchase was made and packaged. This was highly inconsiderate especially when I as a customer inquired of the details of the promotion prior and showed signs of confusion when explained it was required to open a credit card. With proper knowledge and consideration I would have returned to purchase more items but due to this experience that is highly unlikely.

The lady who helped me she never gave me more options on what I was looking. I had to move and see things by myself

The manager(Stephanie)at the time of me being there came on the floor and helped someone else that came after me. Being as though the associate I received spoke to me prior and stating she'll be the one taking care of me as soon as she's finished I was fine. However, once the manager was finished helping that customer she never turned to me to then help with what I needed. Once I was finally helped by the associate in the middle of us going over what I wanted the manager pulled her off to give me a different sales associate. I figured it might have been time for the one I had to go on break, but all she did was go stand by the door of all things There wasn't any reason why she took her off of working with me to then give me someone who is trying to sell me things I already spoke to the first girl about having.

Sales associate went to clean bracelet but did not tell me what she was doing. I thought she was just taking some kind of break. I asked to see earrings which she never showed me. She ended transaction without asking if I wanted anything else. I felt she did not want to help us so I preferred to leave without my earrings. Even my son who is very quiet and never complains made a comment about her lack of professionalism and desire to help.

Well you guys had a promotion of spend 150+ you get a free braclet and sadly I didn't get that and I asked and they said the promo ended which I checked online and no it didn't

I usually go to another Pandora store where customer service is great but this time I tried another where I wasn’t satisfied at all, the assistant didn’t show all the options of what I asked but the ones she thought, I don’t like that, how will she know my taste, insisted to me to buy things that I didn’t want, at the end I got what I wanted but not all so I’ll be visiting the store I usually go to.

The sales associate was really disengage. It seemed that she didn’t want to be there. Very unfortunate that I had to wait in line an hour to experience something like that

One of the sales associates were rude, not the associate helping me but another just took the catalog I was looking at. I did report it to the store manager
