I think they need to change their gloves for every customer and also I think you guys need a longer chain for different customers

I spent well over $500 in this last trip on Christmas eve. I inquired about the free bangle for every $125. I was advised that this store was out of them. I asked if there were any concessions as I frequently make purchases be it this location or another. It makes no sense that there's no way to fix this. It could've been sent from the warehouse an option to choose a bracelet or something other comparably priced item. I really am disappointed with this, moreover why are customers not advised that you all will not be honoring the special you promoted prior to a purchase being made?

Employee monitoring the poor customer service and extremely unfriendly. If I did not want to get this special I would have left especially since I was not feeling well. Train your employee to speak courteous to customers and it will surely help your return business

I saw the charm on-line for $35 but since it wasn't a $55 or over purchase the shipping wasn't free. I saw they had the charm at the store near me, I went the following day to the store to buy it and it was $55 not $35. also the 10% email code i had could not be used in the store!

I love how well you are taking seriously our health but not been able to look at other merchandise was not pleasant. And then when I asked if I could get my other jewelry that had been bought with the store this same store what does cobit19 has to do with no cleaning my stuff its all about wanting to keep it all CLEAN

Era mi primera vez comprando en Pandora, El anillo que compre en diciembre resulto defectuoso y se le cayo un brillante, esperaba que me lo cambiaran por uno igual, pero me indicaron que no habia en existencia, tuve que comprar otro mas costoso que no me gusta tanto como el original porque no me dieron la opcion de regresarme mi dinero o darme algun valor agregado por el percance. La atencion de la vendedora Valentina fue muy amable y eficiente y entiendo que no esta en sus manos resolver esto, si no de la gerencia de la Tienda.

The lady at the front door was allowing friends to skip the lane , I had to wait 25 minutes to get in to the store .

I am a recent graduate from pharmacy school and as a gift my sister purchased me my very first charm from pandora. I had the bracelet for a year with no charm. The Cham fell of my bracelet and broke and I lost my letter. I decided to take the charm back and they couldn’t find the purchase. The sale associate asked one of the lady if I could return it. She asks the manager Jasmin (I think that’s her name). The lady stated “do you want to return it for her. Jasmin looks at me and says no we need a receipt. It made me feel like she judged off my appearance. Very laid back look no make up or anything. I felt uncomfortable and judged. A book should never be judged by its cover. I am a very educated women. I do have my doctorate degree in pharmacy. I am a doctor which doesn’t change much. I feel like she would have treated me better if I looked different. I brought three charms after that interaction. The sales assess very kind and is the reason I brought more charms. That manager made me feel very uncomfortable.
